Fourth of July Bird Feeders

Fourth of July Bird Feeders
As the fourth of July approaches, I hope everyone has a great holiday weekend planned for the fourth.

I wanted to touch on the eagle - which to many Americans symbolizes patriotism. Ive included a short video which has some great footage of these amazing birds.

You always see flags and other ways to display your patriotism but wouldnt it be great if you could combine your love of birds with your patriotism? Well, now there is a way with the beautiful American Bird Feeder from Droll Yankees.

This great new feeder from Droll Yankees is full of Patriotism. The top is red, the middle where the ports are is white and the base is blue. It is a great way to promote not only the fourth of July. This four port feeder is designed for sunflower or mixed seed.

Some of the birds that sunflower or mixed seed attracts are cardinals, goldfinches, chickadees, nuthatches and the titmouse.

Each feeder is made with the highest quality zinc (top, bottom, and ports) to prevent rust. This will also stop squirrels from chewing through the feeder to get to the seed. Each feeder comes with a high quality U.V. treated polycarbonate tube to hold seed so it won't yellow, crack or leak.

All Droll Yankees feeders come with a Lifetime Warranty. When you buy Droll Yankees products, you can feel good knowing that the products were made in the United States of America.

Want to get more creative than that? How about building your own birdhouse? Heres a unique one that you can build that actually allows you to sneak a peak at what is going on inside (see link below).

It is a simple process to make using two basic hardware pieces a small hinge and hook and eye. The hinged roof also makes it easy for cleaning out the house after the nesting season is over.

Be safe and have a happy holiday and enjoy the fireworks!
